Who we are

What we collect

• Your name and email address, to create your account and send sign-in links.
• Your answers about each property, including its address and postcode, to build your plan.
• Payment records from Stripe (amount, date and email). We never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

To provide the service you paid for (contract), to keep financial records (legal obligation), and to answer your questions (legitimate interest). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that run the service for us: Supabase (database and sign-in, data stored in the UK/EU), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each is bound by data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Your account and plans are kept until 31 December 2030, or until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay logged in. Our visitor statistics are cookie-free.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email [support email] to make a request.
